A chartered Accountant who as worked in various sectors of the economy in different positions .He was the Branch Resident controller for the then Intercontinental bank Plc. From there, he moved into the manufacturing sector where he rose to the position of Assistant General manager for a furniture leading company. He later joined an international Real Estate company moving from the position of the accountant to the senior commercial manager Africa before he was made the General Manager and Head of operation Africa. He retired from the company in 2016 to form a new company CHENTI CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL where he is presently the CEO and Managing Director . He is happily married with three lovely kids.

Jeffrey .N. Adama

A  managing Director and the Founding Partner of Xtratech, Jeffrey Provides strategic direction for the company. With over 15 years experience in the IT industry, he has witness tremendous shift in the IT related products and services.

At Xtratech Jeffrey handle strategic planning, products , services and leadership development. He is good at strategic and tactical solutions. Prior to XTRATECH Jeffrey held various IT positions and has worked with consultancy company.

Jeffrey is a graduate of metallurgical Engineering , a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with numerous certification and skills in different fields. A Block chain Advocate and Educator.

In his leisure time, Jeffrey is an avid tennis player and spend quality time with his family and friends

An executive director and One of founding members of Xtratech global solutions. Tare is a graduate of electric electronics from the University of Ambrose Alli Ekpoma University and he also has experience in IT industry with numerous Microsoft certificates acquired in the past years.
He has also held a position in various companies ranging from ICT to production companies he is also very experienced in business development and strategic planning , Blockchain expert in teams of cryptocurrency, fund managing ,and more.
In Xtratech Global Solutions Tare helps in creating business plans, overseeing day-to-day activities, improving performance, developing organizational culture, supervising heads of departments, reporting on revenue, and directing organizational strategy.

Justin O. Oparaocha

Started as a pioneer member of the Xtratech global solutions limited team in 2019. In the last 10years, He has worked in several capacities including Data management, business developer, and operations. A graduate of Business administration and management, with added certifications. While studying, He has worked with an online payment solutions provider as freelance and human network. He also has skills on ICT and Blockchain technology. Presently Chief Operations Officer at Xtratech global solutions limited, He leads a closely interfacing with products and ensures that the gears and pulleys required to deliver on clients expections functions seamlessly.

Mercy Abiayi

Abiayi Mercy Adaeze, a customer support personnel in Xtratech Global Solutions. Mercy helps educate customers on the activities of the company. With 10 years experience in the support environment towards customers, she has witnessed great shift in the human relationship activities.
At Xtratech, Mercy handles customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about the products and services. She has worked with different offices and held the positions of a help person and a secretary.
Mercy is a graduate of Survey and Geo-informatics, an entrepreneur, a educationist. Her leisure time is used for playing games with friends and quality time with family.
